Solid brass cup pulls with a shell profile — the handle that makes a plain drawer look period
A cup pull is the shallow brass scoop you see on old dressers, sideboards, kitchen drawers and apothecary cabinets. This one is drawn from solid brass with a shell-like curve along the top edge, so the light rolls across it instead of sitting flat. It fixes with two screws on a standard hole spacing and replaces any two-hole pull of the same centres, which makes it the cheapest way to change the whole character of a chest of drawers.
Why a cup pull rather than a bar handle
- Fingers go under the lip — the cup gives you a natural grip, so a heavy drawer opens without pinching.
- Covers the old holes — the body sits over the screw holes, hiding the marks left by the previous handle.
- Period look — the shape reads as French provincial and mid-century at once; it suits painted and timber furniture equally.
- Nothing to snag — no projection to catch a sleeve, which is why cup pulls are common on kitchen runs.
- Solid brass body — the metal takes knocks at the lip, which is exactly where a plastic or plated zinc pull wears through.

Match the hole spacing first
The number that matters is CTC — centre to centre, the distance between the middle of the two screw holes. Measure your existing holes: 76 mm takes the 95 mm pull, 64 mm takes the 90 mm pull. If you are drilling fresh, pick the size by the drawer width — 95 mm for wide drawers and chest fronts, 90 mm for standard kitchen and bedside drawers. Do not measure the overall length and assume it is the spacing; the holes are always closer together than the ends.
Four finishes
Natural brass is sealed under a clear lacquer, so it keeps the warm gold tone it arrives with instead of darkening, and it needs nothing more than a wipe. Chrome is bright and neutral, and works where the room already has stainless appliances. PVD gold keeps a polished gold tone with a harder wearing surface than plain plating, so it holds up on a handle you touch every day. Black is matte and graphic, and reads best against white, cream or pale grey painted furniture.

Installation
Two M5 × 25 mm screws come with each pull. Hold the pull against the drawer front, mark the two hole centres through the mounting holes, then drill pilot holes slightly narrower than the screws. Drive both screws in loosely first, check the pull sits level, then tighten. If your drawer front is thicker or thinner than the screws suit, tell us the thickness and we will supply the right length instead of you forcing a screw.
Care
All four finishes are sealed surfaces. Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth and buff with a soft cloth. Do not use brass polish, abrasive pads, bleach or ammonia cleaners on any of them — the natural brass carries a clear lacquer and polishing it will cut through that coat, and the chrome, PVD gold and black are plated films that abrasives dull.
