Customization is at the heart of Bespora Studio. Because each bespoke piece is cut and finished from a single solid-brass blank to your exact specification, these terms apply in addition to our general Terms.
What we can customize
- Knob diameters: 10–60 mm (custom projection/height on request).
- Pull lengths & hole spacing: bespoke center-to-center dimensions.
- Material & finish: 100% solid brass, hand-hammered, polished, or antique-aged.
- Engraving: names, text, logos, or reference artwork on nameplates and tags.
- Minimum order: from 1 piece. No minimums.
- Lead time: 5–10 business days after payment.
How it works
- Send specs — use the custom form or email [email protected] with dimensions, quantity, finish, and any drawings/photos.
- Get a quote — we reply within 1–2 business days with transparent pricing, lead time, and shipping.
- Approve & pay — on invoice payment, bespoke production begins.
Before you submit
- Tell us your door/drawer thickness so we include matching screws.
- Attach drawings, sketches, or reference photos for accurate matching.
- Engraving text/artwork is confirmed in the quote — please proofread carefully.
Binding once production begins
Because each piece is machined to your exact specification, custom orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned once production begins. Please confirm all specs before paying. This is why we quote and confirm before any brass is cut.
Defects & the 10-year warranty
If a custom piece has a manufacturing defect (not a buyer-supplied size/design error), we repair or replace it free under our 10-year warranty. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
