Our products
Every piece is machined from 100% solid brass — heavy in the hand, never hollow, never plated. Brass is a living material: a natural patina develops over time, and slight variations in tone, hammer texture, and finish are part of the craft, not defects. Dimensions are listed on each product page — please measure before ordering.
10-year limited warranty
We stand behind our work. Solid-brass pieces are covered against manufacturing defects for 10 years from delivery — including cracking, structural failure, or finish delamination not caused by misuse. This warranty does not cover normal patina, scratches from use, or damage from improper installation. For custom/bespoke pieces, the warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover errors in buyer-supplied dimensions, artwork, or designs (see Custom Terms). Claims: email [email protected] with photos; we repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are in USD. Placing an order is an offer; we accept it on shipment confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order (e.g. fraud, pricing error) and will fully refund. Taxes, shipping, and — for DDP destinations — import duties are shown at checkout. You confirm payment details are correct and authorized.
Intellectual property
All site content — photos, text, designs — belongs to Bespora Studio and may not be reused without permission. Custom designs created to your specification remain your property once delivered; we may showcase anonymized examples only with consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
