- In-stock items: 1–3 business days (hand-finished and inspected before leaving the workshop).
- Custom & bespoke: 5–10 business days (see Custom Terms).

Free standard worldwide shipping on orders of $39 USD or more. Orders below $39 ship for a flat $5 USD.
Tracking & lost parcels
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships (allow 2–5 business days for the carrier to update). If a parcel is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
Wrong address
Please verify your address at checkout. Parcels returned due to an address error are reshipped at the customer’s expense.
