Description
Twenty-five carved pieces in a single antique brass finish
Seventeen knobs from 30 to 38 mm and eight brass drawer pulls, all finished the same way, so a whole run of cabinetry reads as one set rather than a collection assembled over years. Put a carved knob on the cupboard doors, a bar pull on the wide drawers, and the two still belong together.
Why solid brass rather than a hollow casting
- Solid through the body — not a hollow shell that dents at the first knock
- Cut threads that hold — a brass boss takes a machine screw cleanly and survives being taken off again
- Dense in the hand — the piece has substance when a drawer is pulled, which is the first thing a buyer notices
- A surface that can be dressed back — light marks on brass can be worked out; plated zinc cannot
The pattern is carved into the face, not stamped on
Each design is cut in relief, with the ground dropped away so the motif stands proud of the rim. That is why the shadows do the work at arm’s length: the beaded borders, the petal fans and the acanthus scrolls stay legible on a 30 mm knob instead of blurring into a texture.
Antique brass: dark in the recesses, lighter on the high points
The finish is a darkened brass with the raised carving rubbed back to a warmer tone. It reads brown-gold rather than bright yellow, which is why it sits with walnut, oak, cream paint and distressed finishes. Expect it to deepen slowly with handling rather than stay exactly as it arrived.
Knobs or pulls?
Knobs suit cupboard doors and small drawers, where a single hole and a round face are enough. Bar pulls suit anything wide: a 96 mm centres pull on a 400–500 mm drawer, 128 mm centres on a 600 mm drawer or a wardrobe door. This range covers both: seventeen carved knobs and eight bar pulls in matching antique brass.
How to choose your size
- Small drawers — 30 mm knobs, or a 96 mm centres bar pull
- Cupboard doors — 30–35 mm knobs; go to 38 mm on a tall door where a smaller knob looks lost
- Wide drawers and wardrobes — 128 mm centres bar pulls
- Replacing existing hardware — measure the hole centres first; the knob range is single-hole, so it drops straight into an existing knob hole

Installation
Knobs fix through one hole, so they replace an existing knob without redrilling. Bar pulls need two holes at 96 or 128 mm centres; measure the old handle before ordering, and check the drawer front thickness so the screw does not break through the inside face. Screws are included with every piece.
Specifications
Material: solid brass · Finish: antique brass · Knobs: single hole, 30–38 mm · Pulls: two holes, 96 or 128 mm centres · Screws: included · Sold per piece.
Care
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Skip abrasive cleaners and metal polish on the antiqued surface, which would lift the darkening out of the recesses and leave the carving flat. Handle marks and a slow deepening of the patina are normal on brass and are part of the finish.

FAQ
- Can I mix knobs and pulls on the same kitchen? Yes — all 25 pieces share one finish, so the range is designed to be mixed.
- Will a knob cover my old screw hole? The base is 15–17 mm across, so it covers a standard single knob hole; measure the hole position if it sits close to a door edge.
- What is the difference between the 96 and 128 mm pulls? Hole spacing, not length: 96 mm for smaller drawers, 128 mm for wide drawers and wardrobe doors.
- Are the screws included? Yes, one per knob and two per bar pull.
